About Millia Sir Syed Primary Teachers Training College
Millia Sir Syed Primary Teachers Training college was established by Millia Educational Trust in 1985 to cater to the imperative need of the vast number of untrained graduates of the region and to make them qualified to seek employment in the school as well as provide opportunities for Teachers Training.
The Trust resolved to name the proposed Teachers Training college after the name of the great legendry & reformer Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, the founder of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), which would always Endeavour to materialize the dreams of the eminent educationists in the country, who could rightly be remembered as one of the architects of modern India.
The elementary teacher education program (D.EL.ED) shall be of duration of two academic years.
